All payment information is handled by third parties like Apple, Google, Amazon, etc. We use regular Malware Scanning.We do not use an SSL certificate

We do not need an SSL because: All purchase transactions are handled by outside, third party entities like Google Play,  Apple iTunes or Amazon who have huge numbers of people and fierce protection for your transaction data. We only use emails to send educational information in the form of ColorMixr tutorials and general how-to's for polymer clay color and techniques.

If PolymerClayer.com or ColorMixr™ is sold, the information we have obtained from you through your voluntary participation in our site may transfer to the new owner as a part of the sale in order that the service being provided to you may continue. In that event, you will receive notice through our website of that change in control and practices, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the purchaser honors any opt-out requests you might make of us.

According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:  For ColorMixr, feel free to use a fake name and email when registering for your free 30 day trial and to check the "Do not email me" option. Your name and email is only used to track who you are so that your free 30 day trial and other subscriptions can be used by you and is not confused with others.
